Welcome to GreetFleets Portal. By accessing or using our website www.greetfleets.ae, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

• GreetFleets operates an online platform offering customized and non-customized products.

• These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Customization

• Most products offered by GreetFleets are custom-made or personalized based on customer-provided information.

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customization details (names, spelling, dates, colors, designs, messages, etc.).

• Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational issues.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• An order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully processed.

• Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Any cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order and are subject to approval.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items received.

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Delivery and service charges are non-refundable.

6. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customization complexity, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

• GreetFleets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including designs, logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of GreetFleets and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

• Customized designs created by GreetFleets remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Upload offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• GreetFleets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
