  • Same-day or next-day delivery (if offered) is subject to order cutoff times and availability.

  • Delays may occur due to high demand, customization complexity, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues.

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Delivery availability may vary by location.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access areas.

4. Shipping Charges

  • All delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof to help us investigate the issue.

  • Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Courier Services

  • We work with third-party courier partners to fulfill deliveries.

  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are subject to the courier’s policies.

  • GreetFleets is not liable for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

8. Delivery Acceptance

  • By accepting the delivery, the customer confirms that the order has been received in satisfactory condition unless reported within the stated timeframe.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
