Return & Refund Policy

At GreetFleets Portal, most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, our return policy differs from standard retail items.

Customized & Personalized Products

Due to the nature of customized items (including but not limited to personalized text, names, dates, designs, colors, or themes):

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for errors made by the customer during order placement (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, colors, or design selections).

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during delivery, or

  • Defective due to a manufacturing error, or

  • Incorrect compared to the confirmed order details

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement of the item, or

  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Non-Customized Items (If Applicable)

For any non-customized, ready-made products:

  • Returns may be accepted within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

  • Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order. Approval depends on the production status.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
