Do you offer same-day delivery in Dubai?
Yes. Orders placed before the same-day cutoff are delivered within Dubai the same day. For guaranteed timing, place your order as early in the day as possible, especially around holidays and Valentine's/Mother's Day.
Do you deliver across the whole UAE, or just Dubai?
GreetFleets delivers across Dubai and the wider UAE, with same-day and next-day options depending on the destination emirate.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 250 (and over AED 199 for next-day delivery). Orders below that threshold carry a standard delivery charge shown at checkout.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date or time?
Yes — you can choose a delivery date at checkout, and add notes (gate codes, preferred calling time, office details) so the courier can reach the recipient smoothly.
What if the recipient isn't home?
Add clear delivery notes at checkout (alternate contact, safe drop location, or best time to call) and the courier will coordinate directly using the phone number provided.

Personalized Cards & Gifts
Can I upload my own photos for a personalized card or gift?
Yes. Most personalized cards, balloons, mugs, and photo frames let you upload your own images and add custom text directly on the product page before adding to cart.
How long does personalization take?
Personalized items are typically prepared same-day for orders placed before the cutoff time. Highly custom items (like embroidered sweatshirts) may need extra lead time — check the individual product page for specifics.
Can I preview my design before it's printed?
For custom cards and photo products, a proof can be sent for approval on request — mention this when ordering via WhatsApp or note it in your order.
What's the difference between AI Magic Photo Cards and regular personalized cards?
AI Magic Photo Cards use your uploaded photo to generate a stylized, artistic version of the recipient for the card design. Regular personalized cards use your photo and text as-is, without AI stylization.
Balloons
Can balloons be personalized with a name or message?
Yes — personalized balloons can include a custom name, message, or number (for milestone birthdays), printed directly onto the balloon.
How long do balloon bouquets last?
Foil and orbz balloons typically last 1–2 weeks; latex balloons last 12–24 hours if air-filled or up to a week if helium-filled, depending on conditions.
Flowers
How fresh are the flowers?
Flowers are sourced and arranged to order for same-day or next-day delivery, so arrangements arrive freshly made rather than from pre-made stock.
Can I choose specific flower types or colors?
Where noted on the product page, yes — otherwise, substitutions of similar value may be made if a specific stem isn't available that day, to keep delivery on schedule.
Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible after placing your order. Because most orders are prepared and dispatched quickly for same-day delivery, we can only cancel or change an order before it has gone into production or been handed to the courier.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our cards, balloons, and gifts are made to order with your personal names and messages, refunds are not available for customized products once production has started — unless the mistake is ours, such as an incorrect name or message printed on the item. In that case, we'll put it right at no extra cost.
